Every person at a Tessera event has a role. Select yours to see what you'll do, which pages you'll use, and what to do first when you arrive.

Leads a team of volunteers at a worksite. Coordinates with the Site Coach and requests materials as the project progresses.

Oversees project quality and scope. Supports group leaders, logs project progress, and connects sites to event leadership.

Delivers supplies and tools to worksites. Fulfills material requests, coordinates with the warehouse, and logs deliveries.

Oversees the entire event. Monitors all sites, manages logistics, handles escalations, and keeps everything moving.

A skilled float team member dispatched to worksites that need extra help. Handles specialized tasks or urgent project needs.

Handles backend logistics — shopping, warehouse, check-in, food, and other coordination that keeps the event running.
